Job Description
Educating the customers to use The client service following a prepared sales pitch to give

information and value proposition of our service.

• Day shift support to assign logistic vehicles to desired clients given their request.

• Database entry and management

• Determine requirements by working with customers

• Resolves customer query / Complaints / problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring

answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problem.

• Acting as a direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

• Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different

requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
