- Presenting idea to enhance the brand awareness and also to increase the sales
- Assisting Mumbai Head in sales & marketing of various residential projects of Builders & Developers in Residential Services.
- Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.
- Handling international as well as local cliental to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in the region.
- Searching for the new cliental apart from traffic on website by corporate visits and corporate tie-ups
- Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different Reputed Builders
- Meeting Targets with Quarterly Deadliness & Business Development operations.
- Providing After sales services & assisting in Home Loans for the Clientele
Reporting Relationship
· Directly to - VP Sales & Marketing
Skill Set Required
· Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales.
· Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
· Good Communication Skills.
· Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch Property solutions to Prospects.
· High levels of passion and ownership.
